A tight chest isn't uncommon with COPD but it could indicate an infection. Contact your doctor or nurse for a check up.

No infection but I know the feeling gets worse really quickly and then here I go again have to have ambulance to hospital
Not everyone gets a wheezy chest but you know when you feel like a chest infection is coming so insist that you be seen or send in a sputum sample for testing
