I took part on an ILD forum last week which I found useful & was sent info after the zoom forum

& a guy who organised it was advertising harmonica lessons in the new year to excercise the lungs & ive signed up

We've done Harmonica with Chris Startup, through asthma +lung and the sessions have been brilliant! Don't know if yours are with Chris but possibly will be. Xx Moy
