When I was young, my dad was a butcher in a butcher shop. You don't find many local shops like that anymore, at least not here in Florida in the States. The neighborhood bar and bowling alley always had tripe, pickles and red beet eggs available for sale. Yum!

We had to, did me no harm whatsoever. My mum ❤️ had 4 kids to cater for, we were not allowed to be fussy, so we grew up being happy to eat anything and everything. Sept my sister couldn't manage sprouts,,haha.

Pig's head for brawn, rabbit pie, winkles and bread butter, pig's cheek and pickle,trotters, egg and bacon pudding,jam roly poly. You name it, we ate it.

Just seen a hoglet in my neighbours garden. So i knocked on their door to let them know.He said thanks and he let his wife know about it.

When i came back there were another two in amongst the plants and the other ws on the gravel. Neighbour has got a house in their garden when they spotted a hedgehog in their garden last year also got proper food . No sign of mother so the our gloves on pick up the hoglets one by one and put them back in the hog hotel where the should be.

These hoglets should be taken to a hedgehog rescue centre immediately.. sounds to me mum has abandoned them. Go online and you will find the nearest volunteer. Hoglets are very vulnerable to flies laying eggs on them and then maggots eating them

Mums was in the house in next door garden asleep my neighbour checked and saw some spikes without disturbing her so they put them back in house. They are being kept an eye on and my neighbours at no 1 they got a friend who works in a wildlifd rescue centre and they are intouch with her but the mother is yhere with them its just the kids decided to go for a wonder into no2 garden and they looked healthy as well.

My neighbours friend is coming around to check them all and theres about 5 hoglets altogether my neighbour says.I hate it when people mistreat animals, ive got a rescue dog she was two when i got her and she was beaten she told me. I got a new belt for my jeans just after i got her and she coward in the door of kitchen dinning room so i had go up to her and cuddle her and told its alrighg mummy is not like that i wonthurt you.
