😂 I've been cooking a long time 47 years out of 58 and all the good stuff I learnt from my grandmother some from my mum and the rest from college it was my dream to become a chef , unfortunately catering college was too expensive for me to go to.

When I cook I only have a child size portion I keep some in the freezer for meals during a couple of weeks and I give the rest to my friend who takes me to hospital appointments and scans etc he asks for nothing but I like to show my appreciation
