Good luck tomorrow, I will be munching, cooked (not pickled) beetroot, half a small can tuna, and a hard boiled egg, my only meal of the day. Some lemon juice on the beetroot and fish and a little mayo. Hope to have a banana much later on.

Grandmother's tea, when visitors, Tinned salmon and cucumber sandwiches, cold chicken and beetroot sandwiches. Tinned fruit salad with condensed milk and a heavy filling fruit cake. You did not need supper, when the visitors had gone home.

You are not wrong there 😂🤣😂 mind you I never was a lover of condensed milk , always remember my grandmother telling me that sterilised milk was from a bull 😂😂😂 so gullable when you're little 😂😂😂

I was raised in Birmingham and we had 'bull's milk' for cups of tea and full cream for us children. The 'bull's milk' was actually sterilised milk! 🐄🤣

I say outside with my feet in a bucket of ice cubes and water and had one small JD in my pint glass 😂😂😂 you guys are getting to know my habits 😂😂😂

I'll give you the short version 👍🏼 I have a nemothorax in my left lung but it small been given antibiotics and taught a coughing technic using a pillow on chest . If the antibiotics don't work hospital and have a tube fitted for a few days. Light duties and stay home for a week then a week on Monday fresh scan on left lung .
