Good afternoon everyone. I hope you are having a good Friday.
This time of year can be difficult for those (me included) who react to high levels of tree and grass pollen. I find this calendar on our website really useful (supplied by the National Pollen and Aerobiology Research Unit)
Take care and have a good weekend.

Thanks for this Debs! My asthma has definitely been worse the past month! March and April are particularly troublesome months for my asthma! I hope things don’t stay troublesome for you for too long!
Hi Debs thank you for sharing the chart it will be really useful. I hope you are well, have a lovely weekend and take care 😊 Bernadette and Jack 🐕 xxxxxx 🌻🌻
I've not seen this calendar before, but have always said to people that my hay fever starts in February and goes through to September with a peak in May but apart from daffodils, flower pollen doesn't seem to be a problem. Looking at the calendar I can now see that the trees and grass are probably the culprits. It's helpful to know that I'm not imagining it!
I react to hazel and birch pollen - so a few more weeks to go and then the grass pollen season kicks in later! With it being more overcast this week it has been easier to breath than when the full sun was out. Hepa air filters indoors do help. I had forgotten to change the filter, but done it now! Take care.
