I didn't do anything to enhance the colouring or light on the shell ... its my new phone camera I'm using at the moment to see what it can capture... I just turned the phone upside down to take the pic ..The shell I put it place beforehand so no camera tricks β€
My partner once won a prize for taking a photo with fill in flash and I thought you had done the same but your phone camera is so good - - and so much easier than carrying all the camera bag with all the bits and pieces that he had.And I always like your foregrounds.
Thanks so much .. I don't ever carry loads of stands I attach the camera to my dog walking belt around my waist with carabiner clips .. I need hands free as much as possible for walking the dogs so I can lead clip them if necessary ... the camera then tucks into a side bag I hip carry πβ€
Now that is an unusual picture Blackbird8 , but beautiful as usual and peaceful looking. The whelk shells are sometimes used by hermit crabs as homes. Hope the new year brings more things for you to photograph and share with us x
