Well another year over and a new one has begun.... Did anyone find 2013 a bad year, unlucky for some? Or not.

Blooming awful for us. Husband was and still is receiving chemo BUT he is better now. We are planning to move soon so hopefully 2014 will be much better. x

Hi Daza 70, 2013 has been a loss year for me, several friends and family have passed away, but would not say unlucky year, just a sad one with many changes because of. How was your year ?

Well unfortunately my year has been rather a tough one to, lost a very special friend this year. I'm sorry to hear yr year had been a very sad one and the losses u have had. May 2014 be a happy heathy year for u and may yr dreams all come true

Hello Daza70

I'm very sorry for your loss. Lost a very dear friend 1st February, ended up in hospital with pneumonia in June and my husband had a heart attack 14th August followed by a triple by pass in October. So wasn't a great year everything crossed 2014 is better.

Reading your replies I realise that healthwise I have had a pretty good year thank goodness, I need to be ok now that I have to look after hubby with his sudden sight loss, I am now the carer whereas before he looked after me.

I am not complaining, our lot is not so bad as lots of people on here, pick out the good things and the rest don't seem so bad.

We found out our Daughter who is 30 is having her first baby she was very ill for the first 4 months being sick all day but all is well now

Not the greatest year, think it was the unlucky thirteen bit but on the up this year. My Missus retires in March and we are to become Great Grandparents in March as well so gotta be better!

All we need is a decent summer hee hee

Bad autumn when I had pneumonia and a touch of TB. The AB will make sure that I have a better year.The gym provides me with more energy. Hope it keeps this way!
