Bronchiectasis / sputum clearance and Mullein Leaf extract

Has anyone used Mullein Leaf extract?.. have read it’s good for lung/ sputum clearance..

I have used it. It might have had a mild effect. I’m now trying NAC, which has more evidence of effectiveness. Thins phlegm making it easier to get rid of while reducing the inflammation which causes it.

PS Are you taking this as a daily supplement or just when having an exacerbation?

I’m trying it as a daily supplement - just started. It is reckoned to have preventative properties.
