I hope someone can help. Do you have pulmonary rehab classes in the US? Otherwise I can only suggest gentle exercise in between the daytime tiredness bouts. Have you asked your doctor for any suggestions?

Night sweats and fatigue can be signs of NTM infection.

Just by way of interest did they test your hormones. Men can suffer an imbalance as well, which could account for the fatigue and night sweats x

Hello Dennis, you might test your pulse rate too.An elevated rate might indicate that you are suffering from high levels of anxiety. This is common for many people with .lu ng problems. Also some inhalers can cause you to have palpitations.Night sweating especially with an element of insomnia might indicate anxiety too.I think it would be a good idea to speak to a medical professional in order to move forward against your problem. My best wishes to you from Alun.

All the medical and health suggestions which may relate to your night sweats and which need to be looked at first ..............

Then have a look at the site thewoolroom.com which gives reviews & explains the benefits of wool bedding- duvets etc.

Might just help once all other areas of medication /health/anxiety have been reviewed

My husband suffered from night sweats - possibly from medication and/or anxiety which decreased when we bought the washable lightweight wool duvet from the Woolroom company.

It is thin and doesn’t look as though it would be any good but amazingly keeps you warm and without the night sweats.

This suggestion may/may not work for you as I am unfamiliar with your health issues & medication-

Hoping you find your own answer to these night sweats
