Anxiety and fatigue can be felt all over, but I especially feel them in my chest. I've been in hospital a month so am out of condition, and when my heart pumps harder I can feel it!
Dos this happen for others. Lon covid is very odd

Hi Nat!
Both my cousin and aunt are experiencing long Covid. They’ve both had a rough time of it and feel debilitated so I really feel for you.
My cousin in particular experienced anxiety palpitations in her chest with her heart racing accompanied with dizziness. It was a worrying time for her as she thought she was never going to feel well again. She has but it’s took 9 months for her to feel she can confidently go about her life .
My aunt who is obviously much older hasn’t had palpitations but has found her lungs feel tight and congested and the feeling that she can’t take a full breath when moving about. X-rays have all been clear so they are putting down to Covids natural course. She’s also been getting crazy cramps almost everywhere in her body . The type of cramp you’d experience in your feet so she says it feels like Covid is attacking her with painful muscle spasms.
It’s a really strange and weird virus and definitely not your typical flu. Unfortunately it’s one that insists on your patience and time.
Take care
Kelly
