Hi there LClinton 🙋♀️ and it's really great to read such a positive result after only a day of home exercising. I had heard that Yoga Balls were really good once you got the hang of it. They are also only a small financial outlay and can be used in most homes. A win-win situation? I'll be watching to see if you post how you are finding it in say a week's time. Wouldn't it be great if this ball that sat in your home, unused until recently, gets you doing daily exercises and that you notice the difference? Best wishes and keep going- you can do it. 🐿🥜.
I'm pleased you have found something you enjoy. I think we are more motivated if we enjoy the exercise. I tried a seated zumba class last week, it was such fun I've booked again for tmrw! Enjoy your yoga ball.
That looks interesting. We used yoga balls in a Pilates class I once went to for the most hellishly difficult exercises. Your exercise looks much more appetising.
Not strenuous at all but it gets the lymph fluids flowing and gently works the glutes 20 minutes a day recommended vsn be split over the course of the day.
