Have pain under left breast bone radiating into back is it still pleurisy as had covid had loads of tests d dinner trop t could it be angina as had it for months now

You really need to see or speak to a doctor - especially as it's on the left side - as we're all just patients here. Pleurisy can be heard through a stethoscope, needs treatingif you have it but there are a few possibilities with chest pain. Good luck. P

Yes just to echo the others comments, pain in the chest is a red flag and should not be ignored, speak to your GP asap if you haven't already or NHS 111 if you cannot get through to your GP. In an emergency call 999.Take care
