Being comfortable is so important

So we all know that anything that makes life easier , more comfortable makes such a difference . For that reason I bought hubby a very expensive chair , strategically placed it next to the window and close to the tv and added a nice warm throw and I have to say it’s gone down really well 😃

My two have a large half covered crate ( don’t want them in a draught ) with a comfy mattress and a donut bed each - we use them for keeping the toys in 🙄😂

I've always thought that dogs like their comfort. Also they do tend to assert their rights. Many years ago my sister had a dog that objected to me sitting on the floor near the fire and when I did he came and sat on me.! He was a very large dog called a Munsterlander. He won

You seriously didn't think you were treating your husband!😂. This was my chair emphasizing 'was'. My nosy neighbours from next door(my sons dogs) and if it's not them it's our dog Cilla looking at them wondering what they are doing in her chair!

Ha, ha. A lovely chair it is too. We have a cat who would be likely to do the same thing. Maybe your husband could compromise and they could share, cosied up together.

They , and Boris’s sister all snuggle on the sofa together- they adore him and compete to get closest to him but hubby overheats , so ill get him a good chair I thought , one that will support him and aid his breathing I thought one that has no room for the dogs 💡 😃. Well that worked well ! Having said that Geoff prefers the lumpy old sofa but finds the chair handy for leaning on and Boris n Bell love their new chair , everyone s a winner 😃 apart from my bank balance 🤷🏻‍♀️😂

We have a similar armchair... My husband and the cat have a running battle over who sits in it... As soon as my Husband gets up the cat is straight there and when my Husband tries to turf him out he hisses... He now uses my plant mister... A little spray and he’s gone! 😊

I’m afraid there’s not enough room for a grown man and two bull breed dogs on this chair so something had to go and the dogs won 🙄😂
