Hi, it can take at least 6 weeks to get a response but they usually send a letter acknowledging receipt of the form but this too can take quite a while. I had a review last year and was told that they are very busy but I think that they usually are. It is, unfortunately, a waiting game.Hope all goes well for you when you do get a response.

I applied the beginning of August and didn’t hear until just before Christmas. They back dated it. But it did take forever to hear from them. I guess you can only try ringing them, but even that’s a lengthy process and doesn’t get you anywhere fast.

Hmm, that won’t help knowing about what to do about car though. I don’t know what else to suggest that might help. Only trying to call 📞 them.

Hope it gets sorted soon!!!

It seems to take forever. If you car is up for renewal ask to extend the lease untill you get a reply. As long as they havent stoped your pip you are still able to keep your car. They dont renue your car while you are under review but its easy to extend your lease .
