Doing not a lot, on bad days used to frustrate me. But now I have a new attitude towards low days. Which is as long as they are not all days, ( those slow days)
Then it's absolutely ok to take time out, if my body says so.
Also on this day, I say just do one thing. Today..
There's no harm in it and I am proud of my one thing done.
Today my moderately activity was getting the washing done and on the airer.
I have multiple schlorosis as well. So lots of practical techniqus to use. But getting over that phycological barrier of not being in tip, top, condition, all the time.Lamenting what has past. Is a real big deal. I spoke to a neurological phycologist about death but instead we spoke about living in the here and now!
You are not dead till your buried. Your values, can allow you to still fulfill your life , if you can truly listen to others, then your life might be all the richer.
Makes good sense. Life objectives and doing things with health limiting disability is difficult and frustrating but life is still worth living. I try to go to sleep with positive thoughts but admit doesn’t always work. I look on the bright side. I’m nearly seventy but have set my goal to reach 75. If I reach that I will reset it to live to 85.
Life is hard, sometimes, if I have the luxury . I just cry. Not feeling sorry for myself. Just a genuine emotion. Afterwards , it almost always feels better. I live by what I say, I that I don't ask anyone to try anything I haven't practiced myself. Honesty is the best policy. I will try and grab any opportunities to laugh. Thank you for reaching. Me. Here is to both of us not staying down for toooo long.
I sometimes have a 'Do Nuffin' day! Like you, I used to get frustrated but now I just accept it when it happens and, as you say, as long as it's not all days...! xxMoy
