In reply to Ian1967 and Moom_maiden here is a pic of one night of results from my SleepOn ring gadget. Normally it shows everything in real time second by second, hour by hour. I hqve to say AHI can vary from 5 an hour to 1o 120 an hour, but thught you would like to see it. The SPO2 monitor just mesured SPO2 and HR buut I wasnt given the acutal results in real time.
Many thanks
Jane.

Hi Jane, which part of the country do you live in, the reason I ask is ResMed have clinics in London and Oxford? Here’s a link:shop.resmed.com/GB/en/about...
Looking at your SPO2 readings, your oxygen levels are very low, they do drop anyway when you are asleep, but that’s still low, I check the AHI on my machine each morning, mine are between 0 and 8, but normally between 1 and 3.
My BiPAP is a ResMed machine, their masks are very good as well, I hope you can get some sort of help with your Sleep Apnoea, I can’t really fault the service I’ve had with the NHS with my condition, but I wasn’t trying to get it sorted in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic.
I did have a home sleep test a couple of years back but was never given the figures and just told insomnia and all they offered was a chat group! I feel the oxygen levels are low according to ths gadget and my heart rate also drops to as low as 40bpm. Iam disappointed that the hopsital in Yeovil didnt even take note of my readings I sent or mention them in the letter to GP - and they are supposed to be best in the Country! They say my levels didnt drop below 90 but their wrist watch was just a cheap thing they had obviously bought off Amazon. I live in Exeter, Devon and had already been assessed by them but to no avail. I have been reading about UARS (upper airway respiratory syndrome) and think this could be my problem as I have narrow jaw (TMJ - temporomandibular jont disorder). I have been experimenting wth a splint the last few nights and it seems to make my sleep apnoea events less which s interestng. Would be good if I could get them to believe me though!
