Thanks for your replies and advice about my lack of emails from HU. I contacted HU and they sorted the problem within an hour of emailing them. I'm so delighted to be back in touch with you all again as I didn't realise how much I looked forward to reading your emails.

No, I just wasn't receiving any notifications. Have you reported this to HU? They sorted the problem right away.It must be so irritating for you. Just contact them they will deal with it for you.
