I was wondering if anyone one could help please... I have Emphysema and asthma and I'm thinking about getting a dehumidifier but there are so many so any of you have one... Kath

Yes I have one but only use it when I think the humidity is too high. I also have a moisture thermometer to keep an eye on that. I posted previously about this I will see if I can find the info again. In addition, if you look right under Related posts.

Some people I've noticed in the past confuse dehumidifiers (remove moisture from air) and humidifiers (put moisture back into the air.

Dehumidifiers are especially helpful if your room humidity goes above 65% , Mould growth starts when humidity levels are 70% for long periods of time.

Thank I was thinking of a dehumidifier as I often dry washing inside and my windows get wet some also say they purify the air. Thank you for your reply.
