Hi all i dont know if this is a good way to exercise but with what going on at this time where we cant get out to gym or go for a nice walk i have found it very hard to get some exercise but we just done our spare room out and i had a dart board put up and the last few days i have gone up stairs to have a few games not then i get very out of breath when play then when you look at it you are lifting your arm up to thore the darts and when you go to get them out of the board you are stretehing up or in my cass bending down to get your darts back yopu are also walking 14ft every time you thore as it 7ft from the hock to the board so yes i feel it like exercise or it could be just me

Thats a great idea bunny. I like the fact you have managed to work out a plan to get some exercise. Thinking about what you said there is definitely some truth in what you say. The evidence shows because you abecome breathless! Good on you.

Yes! I have a walker I put in front of tv and walk in place while watching tv. Works for me.

It will help with balance and co-ordination too. You assume quite a tense throwing position to aim the dart well, so also good besides the walking and bending.

Hi Benney. Sounds like a brilliant idea to get both some exercise and some pleasure. 😊
