After ordering my repeat medication it had still not been prepared for pick-up after several days. When I contacted our dispensary, I was told they couldn't get my Seebri after several tries. My COPD nurse has had to prescribe an alternative. Is this a revelation of things to come I wonder?

EU Problems?
Quite possibly micox. Our daughter in law still doesn’t have all her medication from two weeks ago. It’s a bit of a worry.
Take care xxxx
Yes, I think you are right. Some of my medication is not available at the moment. Also I couldn't have my bloodtests as there is a national shortage of analysing fluid used for certain blood tests. Its worrying to say the least.
No problem in my experience with inhalers, but then I don't use Seebri.
I am having blood test this November, at least its booked, keeping fingers crossed that is not delayed again.
this from June 2019 concerning Seebri:
Letters and drug alerts sent to healthcare professionals in ...gov.uk › Drug Safety Update
17 Jul 2019 — The products being recalled at pharmacy level are Dovobet Gel, Incruse Inhaler, Provisacor (Crestor) 10mg Tablets, Seebri Breezhaler, and Spiriva Inhalation Powder. Class 2 Medicines Recall – Paracetamol 500mg Tablets, 1 x 1000 PL 04077/0001 (MDR 13-04/19).
I still get my prescription of Seebri without any problems. The recall was for a specific manufacturer only due to repacking during the supply process, the repacking broke the continuity of the safety check process so they couldn’t guarantee the safety of the tablets
