New concentrator from Baywater. Has anyone had trouble from these.

Baywater have just taken over Liverpool from air Liquide. I had an oxygen test and my oxygen levels are now 4 for sitting and 6 for activity. My old concentrator only went to 5. So technician came with new machine with only 3 hours usage on Friday evening.That evening my dyson hot and cold fan / filter showed danger red levels of 65, 79 for 2.5 microns. In the last 4 months it has been max of 14 and in green levels. Today it’s down to about 10. Safe. But it is much noisier and the dial is about 18 ins off floor. I can’t get my head down to see it. Even husband has problem seeing it.. it’s a NUVO 10 mark 5

That sounds awful. Have you got back to Baywater to tell them the new concentrator isn't working properly?
