Morning when do people take there emergency steroids, had a cough for few days it's productive but leaving me breathless after. Thanks for replys

It's slightly green colour & thick, take carbosisten to help thin mucus

I would personally be starting the emergency pack if green. Drink plenty of water as well to help thin the mucus and more easily cough up.

If i were you and had a rescue pack I'd be taking both pred AND antibiotics
