Temperature fluctuation may cause inflammation thus increase the severity of IPF and COPD. Try to maintain a stable temperature of your body. Try to avoid spicy food which may cause inflammation. Try vitamin C if you feel like a worsening of symptoms. Follow proper sleep-wake cycle.
