PIP FVC 2.4: How do you work out FVC of... - Lung Conditions C...
PIP FVC 2.4
Pip is less about diagnosis but more about how your condition affects you day to day life not being able to walk more than 50 yards without having to stop because of sever pain lack of breath. Can you cook meals, bath and wash your self stuff like that. The blf helpline can advise you or look on line for the questions asked and how to word your answers. Good luck and dont give up
Many thanks Corriena.
I already have a blue badge does that help do you know?
Regards
Phil
Well that sugests you have problems walking. But i realy dont know. The DWP seem to be a law unto themselves then the company's that do the checks put another angle on things. Please get help to fill in the forms they look simple enough but if you dont answer in the right way you dont get the points needed. The answer should always be No, i need help/ stop and rest or i get somone to do it for me but never yes with help . you have said yes so they dont read any further.
You need a full copy of your spirometry test results as provided by your GP to back up what you are going to write or a copy of your full lung function test from the hospital.
