lvh left ventricular hypertrophy

I saw my heart Dr. this week, he said I have lvh or left hypertensive disease without heart failure. I am 77 years old and have copd. He collected blood samples for a test to see how much my left ventricle had stiffened, I will get the results next week. does anyone else have the same symptoms that I have, ideas, or solutions. The Dr. also said that this condition sometimes happens as we age. I would appreciate your thoughts.

Perhaps you could join BHF as well as BLF as you would get better advice re heart related matters on there . I dip into both as I need to as I also have ischemic heart disease . Cx
