Hello Knittingnora55 ,

I believe the lady who first started this movement has suggested it be stopped. Here's the article. I suppose she has her reasons. But I think it should be an individual choice. Take care. xx πŸ‘‹πŸ˜„

I think it is probably a good idea to stop on a given date. If not, it will probably just petre out as people start to go about their daily lives and the rate of infection drops. That would give the impression that people have stopped caring about the brilliant work the nhs staff do, not just with Covid, but everyday.

This way, it is obvious that people have stopped because they were asked to, not because their appreciation diminished in any way.

Just give them decent working conditions instead! They're not a charity, they should be properly funded by the Government.
