Hi I’m really scared i have been having pains in my chest randomly but it hurts when I breath deeply but it’s not all the time and doesn’t always happen I’m worried and did the stupid thing a searched google know I’m scared I’m going to have a heart attack in the near future is there a chance I have pleurisy?

Welcome to this group. We cannot diagnose. It is important that you contact your doctor. Are you in the UK? At the moment initial consultations are generally done over the phone. How about contacting 111? This can be done on line and it will be followed up by a phone call.

Quite a common condition (I have it) which can feel a bit like heart attack. Just thought I'd mention it, so when you talk to the doctor you might suggest it to them. All the best.

I tried advancing theories to my GP. He told me off, said you tell my your symptoms and I'll tell you what's wrong with you.

Hi I’ve had similar symptoms and was muscle spasms round the heart ❣ not a lot to worry about hope it helps.
