I had a horrible night last night....started out of no where.... not sure what triggered it....started about Friday night around 10:00pm thru Sat morning......3:00 am
The previous day , Thursday, I did a fast but had liquids all day.
I have copd and bronchiatitis.
I decided to start back teaching my 1 private yoga class with my 82 yr old client. My session was good and I stayed away....used clothes and mask ....do you'll think I should not teach? or do youll think my fast was too much for me? I am 5'7 and weigh 123 lbs.? Another thought is that I used a different night cream that could have triggered my asthma attack last night.....still another thought is that there may be mold here. I had bad mold allergies several years ago from a classroom.
I'm up now, getting ready to meditate and slowly feel better.
Also, was reading about salt therapy rooms. Does anyone have thoughts on that?
The one in Tampa has very good reviews.
Help! I use inhaler as needed and an acapella device 2x a day.

Gosh I do hope you feel much better today and don't have a repeat of that! I should say your yoga and meditating is a great help. I am sending you some ((())) xxx
A liquid fast is quite severe in these challenging times. Does your night cream have a scent or an ingredient you're sensitive to? - It should have a list of ingredients on the label. Did the room you think might have mould need airing before you worked in there? Try a simple events and symptoms diary to help you track down the culprits. It could simply be a change in the pollens from the plants and trees outside.
Thank you....I did use a different night cream....could have been that.....Im researching for a good day and night cream free of allergens and of course scents.
Thank God I had a much better night, slept for 9 hours, did 1 hour Zoom yoga class, taught for an hour, walked , and sunbathed....self care day was yesterday.
Hello Marilyn, hope your feeling better now. I have COPD with acute asthma, up till the lock down 2 months ago I went once a week to a salt cave for a 1 hour session & found it very beneficial. I'm looking forward to being able to return but I am now shielding at the moment so wont be able to return until mid June at the earliest.
