Anyone had a phone assessment I've got one booked later this month and I'm not sure how it's going to work

I had mine on Thursday. I was worried because I thought because they couldn’t see me etc they wouldn’t understand. Nurse was lovely, she could hear my breathing over the phone and took me through each question. It lasted about an hour. Make sure you have notes and make a little list of things you might want to say that haven’t been covered. Good luck.

Thanks for replying I am worried for the same reasons I'm not sure I could talk for an hour but fingers crossed it will go well

Will be much more easy than a face to face, seems like just going through the motions and they will not want a lot of appeals..

There is a site called ‘benefits and work’ which gives advice for disabled claimants, they have a new section covering this,

Good luck
