We did but she’s gone now. She was 19 when she had to be put to sleep sadly. Xxxxx

Sorry Kath I misread your reply. Our son and partner used to have a cat but she was found deceased in their garden sadly just a week before we had to say goodbye to Tessa. Xxxxx😘🥰

That must have been even worse Carole. We had a cat some years ago. Sadly she died and I found her in our back garden. 😢

It was awful because Daisy just passed away and was a few years younger than Tessa. Not nice. Xxx 😘❤️

A reason why I did not want children, decided they would spend most of their time in a darkened cupboard, or maybe knocked out with Gin.

We used to keep our babies happy on gripe water. We didn't know at the time it was alcoholic I didn't anyway, but when I think back I had a happy wife too. 🤔

In my 30s I tried to work out why I was happy working with people with dementia, but unhappy at the thought of children. Decided it was because I could leave the patients and go home to a peaceful evening, providing I was willing to sit in the front room while hubby watched Eastenders.
