My back is hurting it’s been a week got up this morning 14 th March and my chest is bad not breathing very well don’t know what to do.

Please phone and get some medical advice, if you think you need to self isolate then you must do it until you get some advice. Hope you feel better soon thinking of you and take care of yourself 😊 Bernadette xx
