MULLEIN TEA

Good Morning You lovely friends. Hope i find you all as well as can be. I know we are all at different stages. Was wanting to know your thoughts on this Mullein Tea. Someone on B.L.F Facebook site said they had found it really helped her. I did ask for what condition it was used. But no reply as yet. I dont post very often But religiously 1st job after breakfast is to come to my emails and daily email from you lovely guys. Hope this awful weather will soon be over. Hi Brian, apparently mullein tea is good for lungs, asthma, bronchitis etc. but that’s for the individual to try. I daresay there are those that find it helpful and those that don’t.

The sun is shining here for now so I hope it doesn’t rain later. Stay well and dry. Xxxxx

Ive used it Brian - it's kind of mucilaginous, think that's the word. So it coats your throat and is soothing. Very mild taste. I cant see it doing any harm and it could well help. But still best to run it by your GP.

I can remember That's Life! featuring mullein tea as it was sold in the 80s as an expensive cure for far more than was true. It's always worth a try - if it doesn't work you don't need to buy it again.
