Oxygen tank filling

Hi I’m new to being on oxygen , it says in booklet that if green light stays on when filling cylinder it shouldn’t but my machine is always like that is it faulty ?

Unfortunately it’s different system than mine but it did refill the canister so hopefully it’s okay , thank you for your reply

Hi Amanda, it's best to get in touch with your oxygen supplier. The number should be on the cylinder or the number you ring for a replacement.
