My daughter swears by it.has a very stressful job and often has sleepless nights worrying about things. Dosent take it every night

Please check that it doesn’t interfere with any of your meds or breathing problems . C

I've often been tempted, like now for instance, but I'm already taking a shedload of stuff to stay alive and don't intend adding to the number. There are other ways of achieving sleep, pity about the sheep though.

I’ve just read the patient leaflet online and it says do not take for more than 2 weeks . It is an antihistamine so care needed when taking other antihistamines, some cough medicines etc. I recently read a very good book Why we Sleep by Matthew Walker which I’d recommend.

Happy sleeping

If you have a smartphone or tablet and headphones, you could try a relaxation /sleep app. I have one called Harmony, which my daughter gave me, so don’t know the cost. It’s a one off buy anyway. No pills to interfere with other pills or breathing either. Harmony has lots of things on it, not just sleep, based on hypnotherapy

Good luck, Not sleeping on top of poor health is the pits!

I would be very grateful if you could give me/us the link to your Harmony app, please. There loads on google which I don't think are what you use. Thank you.

I can’t copy a link, as it just opens the app, but this is it. The logo is a purple circle. Hope you can find it. I’ll see if I can find anything with a link

Thank you. I have found it by typing in all the above words into Google. Do you view it on an ipad or iPhone? I don't have either but have been considering buying an ipad. However, I am a bit reluctant to do self-hypnosis!

I use an iPad. It’s mostly about relaxation There is a relaxation with or without wake up you can try for free, so that maybe the way to go
