A new year now is with us
Clean spotless and brand new
What you will do with it

But what goes on within your head

So dwell not on your body

I thought a lot about the last line of my poem, should the final word be 'be' or 'see'. I chose 'be' because you can have your mind in a 'place' where it has never been before. An example is my new-found interest in fountain pens which I started to collect when travelling around became more difficult for me. I get tremendous satisfaction in handling my pens using them learning about them and buying them. I don't know what pointed me in that direction, I worked behind a desk for most of my life without giving them a thought.
I suspect most folk something that would attract them in that way if they thought about it.
The wording was fine Don and your interest in fountain pens is very interesting. Many are beautiful and very collectible.
I just seem to collect bits and pieces the grandkids leave behind and dust, now where’s that vacuum cleaner? Xxxxx🤣

Thank You Carole. My Mind & Thoughts Wandered off to My Family whom I miss Greatly and not being Together to start this New Year. I also think the Long term Prednisolone has an Awful Depressing Affect, So I know I have to tell Myself to do more Breathing exercises and make Plans to get out of this Depressing State of mind. Dont recommend joining . Apparently possibility of some problem with personal info leading to misuse of your details. I dont use these sites generally.
I just tune in to Instagram for things i find interesting and follow a certain photographer or whatever.
The Arctic is my main escape and Northern Norway with mountains of such splendour in snow and ice.
We all need an escape , skischool is off to Spain I see .
I thought I'd lost my faithful Fujitsu desktop 'puter yesterday when I couldn't get it to fire-up. I even went as far as considering replacing it, so I didn't get to look into Instag-ram. Now my computer is back working and I won't bother with Instag-ram as you advise.
Skischool owns property in Spain, I hope he doesn't find squatters in there.🙄
If the squatters like living with no electricity or potable water they are welcome as they can act as guardians to stop the buggers who keep breaking in and doing damage.won't be going anytime soon until my lungs are partially repaired once the swallowing has been sorted?

Alas the game was rather a bore
It ended in a one all draw. x
Draws were much sought after in the days when I used to check my football coupons. Eight of those were never boring as far as Littlewoods and Vernons were concerned. I was never interested in blokes running around after a football of the wrong shape, only the final results. 😀

Hi Mr Don! Not since I have been ill. I have a brake line out so I am waiting to have it fixed! I gave my 1971 Mach 1 Mustang to my Grandson and his Dad. Because they will have the money and knowledge (Dad) to keep up with it. I miss driving my Motorhome! Just waiting!! Your motorhome looks Great! Janet127
