Possible diagnosis of of COPD

Hi All

Last time I had posted thought I was diagnosed with bronchiectasis but it turned out to be pneumonia in my lungs for 6 months.

I have recently had issues where I have lost weight and bowel issues I have had a CT scan with no contrast and it hasn't showed any issues with my lungs or COPD but I have requested a spiromentry test since CT scan hasn't showed anything if this doesn't show anything can I requested anything else. I do find that I am stuffed up in my nose and when I wake up in the morning I feel faint and dizzy also as the heat is on full blast I feel I can breathe.

Would request a ct scan with contrast that's what I had done last year first then one without specialist in bronchiectasis discharged me last year.

Any advice would be helpful.

You could ask for your sinuses to be checked. Also try using a netti pot or similar saline rinse for your nose and see if that helps.

If not, you can get a sinus saline spray from your local chemist, quite cheaply.
