I am new here!
Hi Munich and welcome, you have come to the right place because there are tons of info on both subjects on this forum. 😊
Welcome to you Munich. I’m sure you’ll get lots of info on the forum. Xxx
Greetings and welcome 😊
Hello and welcome Munich. I am very interested in the reason you are interested in this area of research. Are you a sufferer of a lung complaint? Anyway, I know I would be happy to help you in your pursuit of answers as will the other members of the Forum. Keep us posted as you go along. Best wishes, Chrys.
Thanks! I am a sufferer of lung complaints! COPD, Bronchiectasis, MAC (mycobacterium avium complex), Bronchiolitis, nodules, tree-in-bud and come-and-go infections! I have researched about MAC, but haven’t learned much about Bronchiectasis. I do the masks in movies, clinics, stores and planes. I wash my hands in restaurants. Any other ideas? I live in Michigan, USA, and love Munich!😷
Well Munich, you certainly have a lot to deal with. Do you have any specific questions regarding bronchiectasis? I suffer with this lung disease. I am also prediabetic and seeing a new consultant soon and also a neurolpgist as I have restless leg syndrome. Well I have the symptoms of restless legs but not diagnosed as yet. You will find this forum very friendly but also very knowledgeable. Don't hesitate to ask questions you will get many responses. Good luck with your quest. Chrys
Hi Munich and welcome to the site. I have bronchiectasis with a number of other health problems. As all of us on here try to avoid the problems with virus's I think we each have our own way of dealing with this. I personally use nasal guard every time I go out to help stop picking up bugs. I take vit d3, k2 mk7, magnesium. I have a healthy diet and try to keep away from processed foods and exercise as much as possible. A couple of our members post regular updates on new research so keep your eye on the daily posts x
Warm welcome to you Munich. Very helpful, sympatica people here 🙂
