Hello Friend . 😊

I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis twelve years ago almost. Five years ago I was diagnosed with Bronchiolitis Obliterans a rare lung disease that is not under the COPD umbrella. As far I remember Emphysema, Chronic Bronchitis, Non-reversible asthma and Bronchietasis are under that COPD flag . Autoimmune diseases are associated with lung disease. Meaning a disease like RA can eventually go on to attack your lungs as well as other organs in our bodies. Please go armed with questions about your condition. Have you been diagnosed with any autoimmune diseases?

Take good care and please do update us.

Cas xx 👋😁

Hi Cas. Recent blood tests showed inflammation and I have a rash on my face and painful joints with nodules on hands. My gp has referred me to the Rheumatologist who I'm seeing tomorrow. My GPs words were there is so.ething auto immune going g on somewhere. I've had COPD for over 10 years now and have tablets inhalers and nebuliser. Will report back on what I'm told tomorrow 😀

I don't know, I'm going for a blood test on Thursday as my docs pretty sure, I have it. Don't know how it will affect my copd.
