This is our small yacht, Tornado, now moored up at Salhouse Broad, that we have all to ourselves. Extremely quiet and peaceful. No pub food tonight as we will not be leaving until the morning.

As you can see a lot smaller than Dawn Wind was back in May.

How lovely to have the place to yourselves. It looks very peaceful. Yes the boat looks much smaller than the previous one, but maybe that’s not a bad thing this time? As long as you all have enough space. Is there much of a galley for you to do cooking when you’re not getting pub meals?

Just a two burner ring with combination grill/oven. Basic but adequate if planned properly. Tinned veg opened first and all placed in a single sauspan of boiling water to heat through, lamb chops wrapped in foil in the oven and voila :)

Despite my love of real ale, I don't have a drink problem. I am quite happy with my OJ and tonic water combo, tastes very similar to Tango :)

I don't have a drink problem,i just enjoy it sensibly but i think your alternative to Tango is probably a good choice.god knows what chemical horrors used to lurk in the orange mixture. :)

Very neat little boat, I'm sure will be big enough for you and easier to handle. Take it easy now and enjoy your lamb chops mmmm x

Looks lovely, what would a little yacht like that cost? 🤔

Around £20,000 plus the lifts out of the water to prevent osmosis plus storage plus mooring fees plus maintainance.

Buy a boat and you buy a hole in the water to tip your wallet into.

Dad was always Captain, we were just his slaves, was always good fun tho

Enjoy,

There are quite a few hardy dedicated souls about, nearly all Northerners and Scotts though. Only seen 3 yachts including ourselves.
