0630 no rain to load the car, Yippee. Although I will be just an observer, no humping for me, going to start off the right way. A whole Carphone Warehouse carrier bag full to the brim with my meds! Plus a first aid kit in preparation for any skin tears, that I am now very prone to getting without even feeling them happen.

Hi Anne, time for a quick reply now I'm not bouncing around in the car. Stopped for brunch at a Macd. just up the road from Duxford Airport. Nearly there. A slight cough developed but see it as a good sign, getting rid of the muck.

So happy for you out of hospital and off in your chariot. As for skin tearing I swear sometimes I feel like I don’t have skin but am actually all wrapped up in tissue paper but I’m working on it religiously. Have a great trip and tell the wizard I said hi and could he please send money or financial freedom. Take care of yourself

I’m just off for my 20 minute daily walk. It’s raining in Liverpool, but I think the walk slows down deterioration and keeps depression away. Fortunately I’m happy most of the time. We used to have canal boat holidays, some in France and we loved them. Peaceful chugging, stopping for food etc- happy memories. Just be careful. I loved the last journal, so try and amuse us if you can. Mainly though enjoy yourself. Best wishes to you and family - jo
