WORLD SMILE DAY

Yesterday was World Poetry Day and I posted Spike Milligan’s poem Smile.

Today it’s World Smile Day.....I found these quotes.

Smile to the World and the World will smile back to you.

Do an act of kindness . Help one person smile.

Just one smile immensely increases the beauty of the universe. Be that smile.

I didn’t just smile I laughed when I heard what Spike Milligan had written on his headstone- it was

“I told them I was ill”. My husband says it was apparently written in Welsh.

He made us smile even from the grave.
