Three in one.

I went for my annual visit to the COPD clinic, diabetic clinic and to have my flu jab on Monday afternoon (not the best time for me, more breathless in the afternoon and evening), but I made it. Emphysema is stable at severe stage four, I have gone down to borderline diabetic without the help of medication, and the flu jab was a piece of cake. Keep smiling.

Got my first Fab meeting today I get very nervous and panicky husband can take me but not allowed in the hall with has to sit outside in foyer. Hopefully once I get over first session I should hopefully calm down. Doctor has given me orimorph to help calm me down.

Hi, I am going the same way! Doctors keep saying I am still moderate! They are talking bulls**t! Just trying to keep my hopes up, that is ok.

I know I am a lot worse.....between stages 3 & 4. I live 24/7 with this, I knew I had copd, sleep apnea etc. Before they did.

I have gotten my diabetes almost to where my doctor wants it, he is happy, my congestive heart failure is under control. Because of the medication I am taking, especially diabetes pills, when my copd isn't playing up, I have quite a good time, until I get up to go to the toilet, I can't stand to go, I have to sit, I am too weak in the legs, I am so weak now, when I get the signal to go, it is immediately or I have no control over it and I have to change my clothes.

GOD! IT IS EMBARRASSING.

You sound very depressed as well as weak. Perhaps a further visit to the Dr to discuss how you are really feeling

Our mental health services are worse than the medical! MUCH worse.

They don't have the funds to even help the kids

We have just about the worst suicide rate in the world, in New Zealand.

600/700 last year from 4.5 million.

Plus, there is a real 'macho' image to hold up, & that is just with the girls
