Morning folks, I'm interested to know what people have been charged by insurance companies for flying with oxygen.

Would be great if folks replied with what they where charged or quoted and where they were flying to.

Many thanks

You are really asking how long is a piece of string. Insurance quotes will depend on lots of individual factors, including age, medication, frequency of hospitalisation, recent exacerbations etc.

LAX to Gatwick...no charge. I had a physician's letter and Norweigian Air never asked for it going to England. They did on the flight back, however. Made a double set of meds...one set in my luggage and one set in my carry on.
