Radiotherapy is available. I had SABR for my lung cancer with a FEV1 of 28%, after failing the fitness for surgery tests. So far, so good, after 18 months since treatment :)

I have not been able to have general anaesthetic for 15 years. I have 15% lung capacity. Was diagnosed with emphysema 20 years ago. Lung cancer and secondary liver cancer 2 years ago. Told l had 3 months left. Was offered radiotherapy only for pain if needed. I'm still going (no pain yet). So fingers crossed!
