see ads for it so I bought one,A memory foam matress,well foam with charcoal.back pain gone and sleep better

Glad you found one that works well for you. I bought a latex as the memory foam is too hot for me, although very comfy x

Glad it's working well for you.

After recommendations from a friend and physio, I splashed out last year on a Tempur mattress.

Best money I've ever spent. It's really helped with my arthritis.
