Thank you it's nice to know there is others here when we need to talk. I have trouble sleeping when I'm on steroids and nights can be long... Well unless I'm on duty and they seem to go very quick. At least it's cooling and humidity is much improved tonight.

You'll find folk from various parts of the world who interact with this site, their are some knowledgeable folk on here and they'll always try to pass information on, and of course as we are all different seeking medical advice is second to non, sometimes folk will discuss their conditions and see what medications they are using, I've gained a lot of knowledge regarding B12 issues, and without the information I've gained I'd of still be struggling with the condition, hopefully things will improve and you'll find various conversations useful, good luck for now.
