The only way to breathe easily keep well out of the sun. Don’t smoke using Nebuliser , I’m on Trimbow at the moment def works better the use Salbutamol couple of puffs, Try few exercises with very light weights I’d do I’m not as bad as before. Of course I get breathless that will never go, that’s because of over 40 Years of Fags,
