Hi, I’m a 50 year old male who in late 2017 had bilateral pulmonary embolisms, with approximately 70% occlusion,

Spent 4 months of work at the time recovering, then slowly worked back up to fitness, until today were I would say I have exceeded my previous fitness.

To the point where I will be participating in the Ride London Surrey 100 mile bike ride in aid of British Lung Foundation
