Pleurisy

I didn't know I even had something wrong with me was just very short of breath. Not really suffered any symptoms except the above and a very nasty night of pain. I feel like a bit of a fake. How long till I can breath properly again? Had all the tests for blood clots and came back clear. The pain went away more or less over night . But just really worried that perhaps more to this as did not have cold or any symptoms of illness beforehand.

Hi 2yrs ago I was in agony with pain in my shoulder short of breath and never knew it was pleurisy until a blood test proved what it was coupled with pneumonia, I had no other symptoms either
